What can this care cost?

No single figure answers this fairly. The useful number is the full cost for the same period of time.

  1. ACCESSVisit or membershipThe fee for reaching the care team.
  2. CAREMedicine and testsThe product plus any required checks.
  3. LATERDelivery and follow-upThe charges that arrive after the first screen.

What are the real price bands?

The best-known brand-name weight medicines belong to the GLP-1 group, and the most familiar of them are semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound). They copy GLP-1, a natural hormone that affects appetite and blood sugar.

As of September 2026, the official list price for the big brand-name GLP-1 medicines was around $1,000 a month or more. That is the starting price before any discount, and almost nobody pays it.

The drug companies that make several of these weight medicines also sell them directly to people paying cash. Most of those prices sat somewhere between about $149 and about $499 per month, varying with product and dose.

Many of those offers had terms ending December 31, 2026, so every quoted price needs a fresh check after that date.

What does online care add?

Plenty of online weight programmes bill a monthly membership fee, with the medicine itself usually charged on top. A low first-month price may not be the normal monthly price.

What can lab work add?

Cash prices checked in September 2026 put common single blood tests at roughly $29 to $59 each.

Bundles of several tests ran from about $75 to $189. Those bundles held different sets of tests, and some services added a separate fee, so ask for the list of tests inside any bundle before comparing prices.

What can I ask for in writing?

  • The normal recurring price, not only an opening offer.
  • Whether medicine is included or separate.
  • Which tests are required and who bills for them.
  • Delivery, supplies, cancellation terms, and follow-up charges.
  • What changes when insurance denies the claim.
